Cleveland Central Promise Neighborhood Hires New Program Director
The Cleveland Central Promise Neighborhood, which is a program of the Sisters of Charity Health System, has hired Catondra Noye as its new program director. The Cleveland Central Promise Neighborhood works with multiple partners in Cleveland’s Central neighborhood to break the cycle of poverty and address social drivers of health by advancing family health, education, social capital, stability and economics.
